We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.
Do you offer insurance?
Yes, we offer insurance through Property First Group , LP through their Bader Stored Property Insurance Program with rates as low as $10.00 per month!
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID, and for parking spaces a current copy of registration.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids, jewelry, furs, antiques, artwork, heirlooms, collectibles, or any irreplaceable property having special or sentimental value to Occupant.
What security features do you offer?
Our facilities are fenced with coded gate access. Our video cameras also record the property 24/7.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer an array of sizes to meet your needs. Use our size guide to determine what will work for your needs. Storage unit sizes are approximate. Dimensions are based on exterior measurements, so interior usable space may be slightly smaller.
